Horrible! HORRIBLE experience. After waiting over 20 mins in the drive thru (only two cars with two drinks in-front) for only two refreshers I asked for my paper receipt and the manager to simply give them feed back idk maybe ask for more help. Only for the manager “white young boy” says what part of your brain is not working!!!! What in the??? I’m shocked 😳 starbucks do better and fix this! & hire more people for the drive thru or make easier to leave!
got both my drinks wrong and it wasn't the first time. the guy who took my order was nice but when I returned the young lady was a little rude. no problem though it'll be the last time there for me. won't be back to this one.
