Used outdoor seating. Had the apple walnut salad and a sandwich called ‘the wreck’. Both were well made with lots of good ingredients (you have choice over most) Bread was fresh, toasted and delicious. Visited the Orland Park store on LaGrange Rd. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Potbelly’s. However, I will be returning very very soon!
This location gave us great service. I had originally put in a big order for a different location that was going to close in 2 hours. I put the order in, paid, and went to go pick up…and I came to see that the place was already closed 2 hours earlier than what is posted on the door. This location was kind enough to take my order with no hesitations. Thank you so much for your great service!

Food is good. It could have been better. They were a little heavy handed on the mayo. It was dripping out all over and it was watery. I do question cleanliness. I have never seen anyone cleaning the tables, in any of the potbelly's, I've been at. It was cold inside and felt like the air conditioner was on.Food: 4/5
