“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“Nowadays going through a drive-thru all too often results in bungled orders, inept service, discourteous and Ill mannered workers. Tammy at POPS in Crown Point is the rare exception to that experience. She handled every aspect of the order perfectly with kindness, patience, helpfulness, respect, thoroughness and efficiency, all with a fantastic pleasant personality. POPS has always been one of my favorite restaurants but Tammy makes the trek to Crown Point all that much more worthwhile.“

“It's a Subway. You know what you're here for. Price point $9-15 for a sandwich, chips and drink. Possibly toasted. Don't pretend it's anything else.

This said? The morning staff are quick, polite, and the food is prepared properly. I've been here several times now, and everything I requested was made properly, and the lady at the counter was polite enough to recommend I get the app just because I'm likely to eat here at least once a week.

“I always get my favorite sandwich the cold cut trio and today I decided to go with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they did not disappoint. I really enjoyed using my subway coupon, which gave me no trouble, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful. Inside is clean and neat, and the veggies looked great this time. They must have fixed the temperature gage in the cooler under the veggies, because at on point they were getting freezer burn, and I had stopped going. But I returned and yes they have it all fixed. I'll be back to this subway for sure ?“

Have never seen anyone work so professional under pressure and her attitude outlasts anything positive in this world. She said that 2 employees called off. Her dedication to her job is priceless.“

“Very friendly "servers". Store practiced social distancing. Was not crowded. The cookies were not stocked well. They only had a few macadamia nut cookies left and I bought them. The employee said they were out of cookies. That is one reason I go to Subway. I ordered a foot long veggie sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread. The bread was very fresh as were the veggies I choose for my sandwich. The server was very generous with my sub and I was very pleased. Will return but only if they have a well stocked macadamia nut cookie shelf. LOL“

“Yesterday my son ordered from here. He used his own money, and it was his first time ordering and paying for his own meal. He asked me how much he was supposed to tip. I told him I usually give a good tip, especially after the rough year everyone has had. He gave his delivery man a very generous tip. The driver kept asking us if we were sure. I told him absolutely because we've all had a rough year. Today he called, and he brought my son a free meal, because of his generosity yesterday. He was so excited! Thank you for making our day! “Ro was amazing!!! I went at a time where the line was very long ( 6/7 ppl ) she had coworkers in the back I noticed however none of them came to assist her. She made sandwiches and rang out each customer at the register as well as washed her hands in between. She was quick and professional. She didn’t complain. She kept a smile on her face and she greeted everyone as if she wasn’t swamped with customers. I’m old school so customer service is a big thing for me. I'm seeing a trend across Northwest Indiana and Chicago owned Jimmy Johns because this has happened more than 5 times in the past 6-8 months maybe even more.“
