Great sandwich. Customer service not the best. Could have been more friendlier
I went to the store in Merriville on Broadway 71/13/26. The Guy acted like he didnt want to be there. Never asked me was I a member got my sandwich which was fantastic lost out on poinst. Jimmy John's, a popular sandwich shop, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have experienced issues with the rewards program and service, others have praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the new General Manager who is said to be turning the location around. The prices are described as average, and one customer was satisfied with their sandwich and the overall experience. Despite some past difficulties, this Jimmy John's location seems to be improving and gaining positive feedback from returning customers.
