All I got to say to the employees of this location is, get of the phone, stop having impromptu chats in the kitchen and GET TO WORK!
Yes, we arrived to the counter and none of you acknowledge our presence! Except for the only person that actually knows how to behave in a work place.
Thank you to the lady that took and order and brought it to our table.
Regarding the food, we'll the fries where cold, and the rest was OK. The best part was the ice cream.

Went to get a quick sundae. Staff dropped it at the drive thru, not a big deal. It happens!
But staff didn’t even acknowledge me. -Didn’t apologize or even speak to me. Staff just came off as rude and seemed really unhelpful and unhappy to be there.
