Got 2 supreme tacos without meat and add beans and rice, except we got no beans or rice which was an up-charge. Got 2 Doritos Locos tacos and were completely crumpled and crushed in the bag, it was basically nachos. Didn’t get mild sauce even though we asked for it. Our drink was literally only half filled too. What the heck is going on here?
Terribly slow drive thru. Took 45 minutes to get my food.
Kassandra took my order and was super friendly and nice. I went through the drive thru and the wait was really quick. My order was right, and the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, great customer service!

Taco Bell is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes. Customers often praise the delicious food, including the Mexican pizza and tacos, which look fabulous. The staff at this location are generally friendly and attentive, especially during busy times, such as New Year’s Day, when they manage to serve customers efficiently despite being overwhelmed. One customer appreciated the quick teamwork and professionalism of the employees, who worked together to ensure food was prepared well and delivered promptly.
However, some guests find the ordering process frustrating because they are required to use a kiosk instead of ordering at the register. In one case, an employee kindly stepped in to help a customer place an order when the kiosk caused difficulties. There was also a mention of a minor issue with meal requests, such as toppings, but overall, most reviews highlight positive experiences with the food quality and service. The restaurant is especially valued for its breakfast options, and many customers plan to return for their meals.
