I like this franchise but since the early months of opening, they quality of food hasn't been the same. The most recent time in ordering hot subs here, the sub ingredients weren't as plentiful as before, ie. not a lot of meat, thin sandwiches. The service was great and the price was ok.
didn't ask if I wanted anything extra or Mike's way on my hot sub. stood there waiting to let them know what I wanted and sandwich came to me already wrapped. food was still really good just wish I could've gotten lettuce, spice, and sauce. I'll say something ahead of time next

The guy is really nice and pleasant. Very helpful when trying to make a decision on which sub to get. The chairs stacked along entrance made it appear closed but they are open, just cleaning.
