I ordered beef and provolone.the server placed the finished sub directly on top of the stainless counter without any liner .gross!. maybe its just my sub choice.nothing special.but it could have been better with sanitary prep.

Writing this hoping corporate sees it. The food is good here as usual but NOBODY wants to clean the place. Absolutely disgusting bathrooms! Floors in the entire restaurant were trashed! Please do better. No excuses! You’re paid well. Do your job!

I like this franchise but since the early months of opening, they quality of food hasn't been the same. The most recent time in ordering hot subs here, the sub ingredients weren't as plentiful as before, ie. not a lot of meat, thin sandwiches. The service was great and the price was ok.

didn't ask if I wanted anything extra or Mike's way on my hot sub. stood there waiting to let them know what I wanted and sandwich came to me already wrapped. food was still really good just wish I could've gotten lettuce, spice, and sauce. I'll say something ahead of time next
