Not a huge fan the sandwiches are bland and the service was ok I rather skip over to Jimmy's johns.
LOUD…obnoxious, youth working there… jiving out loud about god knows what cuz you can’t understand the them….sad….they don’t even stop cutting up long enough for you to order your food!

Sandwich was good,Mac n cheese was ok tasting but literally a super small cup with about 4 spoonfuls was $5!!??

For years, I’ve loved coming here, but the last two times the workers are joking around playing not taking care of customers the way they should be. You walk in and instead of greeting you they’re talking and make you wait while they joke around each other. The last time I came, I asked for opinion on a menu item and he said it’s not good because of the lady who made it. But he was laughing while saying it. Potbelly is a restaurant with mixed reviews. Some customers experienced missing items in their orders and employees not paying attention to details.
