This is outrageous. It’s 9pm closes at 10pm and they aren’t serving sandwiches and are out of everything apparently. If you guys are open until 10pm there is no reason why you guys shouldn’t be able to make orders. If that’s the case you guys should change the closing time to 9pm. Lazy employees really irk me

Stupid girl at the counter tried overcharging me an extra sandwich. Pay attention to your receipts and don't get ripped off like I almost did. Try Stealing $10 for me. You should be fired. Sandwichs was were made correctly but they put all Sandwichs on top of the Chips!!! Crushed!!

Just picked up my lunch. Order was missing both drinks and a side of gardinera peppers. Had to grab my drinks from the cooler. Employees need to pay better attention to instructions on the ticket.

I placed an order for pickup at 12:38 p.m. The gentleman that gave me my order was extremely nice. While there I decided to add on a lemon cheesecake cookie. I left and went home. When I got there I realized that the cookie was not in my car. I called the restaurant and a young lady picked up. I explained to her what happened and asked if I had left my cookie in on the counter in the store. She asked me if I could hold on. When she came back to the phone she asked "okay what were you saying?" I repeated the question about leaving my cookie in the store. She replied that she didn't see it on the counter but had no way of knowing if someone put it back. I asked what day a manager would be in. She asked "manager?" I replied yes, someone who would maybe be bothered to ask the other employees, just so I know I'm not losing my mind. She then replied well I just asked everyone and no one knows about it. Huh. Interesting, since she didn't even know what I had asked about when she came back from putting me on hold. The truth is she couldn't be bothered to check something for a customer. It's not about the 2 dollar cookie, because I would have told them to give it away, but I wont spend my money where they cant be bothered to check on something so minor for a customer. I didn't get the girl's name, but the call was at 1:44 p.m.

I have a mixed review. I was in on yesterday and loved my sandwich but my husband on the other hand was really sick after eating his. The service was good and staff was friendly. I will return but I'm not sure if I will return to this location after seeing others report they got sick too after eating here.

This was my favorite Potbelly, but not sure if someone forgot to wash their hands before preparing my food. I chose the Pick your Pair option when I was there last Thursday. As soon as I finished eating my sandwich, my stomach felt weird. I got home and ate the salad later on. As soon as I finished eating the salad, I got so sick, that it is now Easter Sunday and I am still struggling with the food poison. I spent the rest of my vacation time in the bathroom, adding more trouble to my already compromised immune system. Unfortunately, I will not be back at this location.

Customer service is always friendly and I never have to wait long for my order. Salads are always fresh and a nice alternative to other fast food joints. Can't go wrong.

PotBwlly has very great ambience! Relics to look at , a good aroma ! Freshly baked looking bread ..But have no aerial view of the toppings that should be getting placed upon the sandwichVery deceiving on what said sandwich maker thinks you should be getting,, amount big or small Portion wise - pertaining to the amount of toppings they put on, Bad Potbelly!
