The app allowed an online order to come through, and I was told “that’s not my problem”. Good food , customer service could be more polite
Food tastes great and fresh, this location needs better instructions when there's a rush. I waited in line for 20min when there was another person in the back prepping, all while the front of house was being slammed. Why is there was only one person making sandwiches?
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I chose this Subway because it is the closest one that does footlong promotions ($6.99 footlong with code 699FL online until 4/1/26). I also used my rewards points in order to get a footlong sub for around $3. I really don’t like the fact that the business knows how much you paid for your online order because I think that may be the reason why they make these subs so scimpy.
