Awful customer service. Ordered two large meals, as is showed on my screen when I ordered. I pull up to the window and pay. Go to the second window and was handed two medium drinks. I said “are these the large?” She said in a very rude tone that “you paid for a medium” I said well I ordered a large can we pay the difference because that’s what we ordered. I started to hand back the drinks and again in a very rude f you tone “I can’t take these back and to pull up and closed the window. When the food comes out I ask the girl are these meals large? We ordered a large and we are waiting on large drinks. She goes back in and comes back saying I can’t give you the large because you didn’t order them. We told her well why do we have large fries in our bag if we didn’t order large. She had no response. We said is there nothing else to that? She said because we didn’t order the large she can’t give it to us. We explained that we did order the large how did we get large fries if we didn’t order large? She did not say anything again. As she stood at our car we asked to have the managers name. She laughed and said is there anything else I can help with? We explained again yes we would like the managers name. She said nothing and walked away. We yelled to her we would like the managers name! Not only at the window we said we ordered large if it didn’t come up large we would like to pay to have the large, then to be completely ignored when asking for the managers name. This isn’t the first time this place has done something like this. Would I recommend this place? No. And I will be telling everyone not to come to this McDonald’s. Assuming this is a franchise location they don’t care about customer service. They take the order that they want to give you send you to the window to give you drinks and then send you to a parking spot to wait 10-15 minutes for your food. Because they are on a timer and need to have the order “completed” when they had you your drinks. Then they have these kids be the runner and deliver the food to have angry customers yell at them. I will write on this locations page every day to get the point across that no one should come to this location.

I had a large order and was asked to pull in parking spot to wait. Employee bought my food out but I noticed 2 sandwiches were missing. He went in and bought the sandwiches back out. I almost made it home and noticed I did not have the 4 coffees I ordered and fries were half filled. I called and spoke with manger, I informed her of missing items and half filled fries. She told me if I didn't pull off I would have gotten my coffee and the 3 fries were half full because it was all she had left. Wow! I asked could I just pull to the window and get my food, she (the manger) says yes. When I get there (no cars behind me) she says pull up and park, well bring it out. I told her I didn't want to wait any longer due this experience already lasted 30 minutes. She then asked me to give her the fries. I told her you want to take the food back through the window, she says yes. I gave her the fries and ask for my money back. She takes my card and throws it back and tell me to move. Get home and guess what, She charged me instead of giving money back. Now I have to go back up there.
