“Doug was patient, cordial, very attentive. My mom, 96, has not been out for a meal in 5 yrs. Doug made this a pleasant experience for the 4 of us. Comfortable sitting, great comfortable noise level, not crowded sitting( we had a wheelchair), food excellent. Pork shoulder outstanding. No stickiness on anything. Best day/meal ever! Thank u Doug“

“We went to Johns in Dyer and had a fabulous experience. We went for my birthday. 4 adults and eight grandchildren. The food was amazing and the service was awesome and the boys making the pizzas were so nice to the kids. The kids were watching through the window and the cooks were interacting with the kids. They had a blast and are already talking about how they want to go back. We will be definitely visiting Johns soon! “We ordered two family size pizzas from Beggars Pizza and they were fantastic. One was sausage, pepperoni, and jalapeño (crispy), and the other was sausage (crispy). Both pizzas were cooked perfectly; crispy crust, well-balanced toppings, and great flavor in every bite. Everything tasted fresh and was done just right. We were very happy with our order and will definitely be ordering again!“

Food was a bit more middle-of-the-road. We tried the jalapeño poppers, and while they were decent, they didn’t quite stand out compared to everything else. Not bad by any means, just not the star of the show.
