Excellent flavors, perfect tavern-style, crispy thin crust, and friendly staff. It’s crazy that we’ve lived around the corner this long and haven’t tried it until now. This is definitely going to be our Pizza Friday spot from now on!“

“It's Christmas Day, Domino's is one of the few places that's open. I ordered a New York style crust pizza with barbecue sauce, chicken, onions, mushroom, and banana peppers and I when I tell you they put their foot in this pizza! They definitely did! “I went there on a thursday they had a special buy one get free on there slices. They were really big and $6 for one isnt bad. Cristina had great customer service and was very patient with me.“

“Live about a mile from this place and forgot all about it since it was Jack'sI'm kicking myself for not stopping in sooner. The food here is absolutely incredible, freshly made and bursting with flavor.We got wings and the mini burgers and were shocked at the quality. The burgers were the highlight of the trip. I'm extremely picky when it comes to getting tacos in fact I only like my tacos from one or two taco places in all of Chicago. “Called in the person was patient with me and very nice took order correctly did drive up pizzas were ready. Only gave 4 stars because we ordered a gluten free pizza and the crust tasted like dust it was really weird but our regular family size was delicious although could have been hotter but all in all we would order again just not gluten free“

“It was my weekend and I was enjoying a lazy afternoon, when all of a sudden I had a craving for pizza! The first thing that popped into my mind was Jet's of course! This is probably the best chain pizza in the entire country. Sure it's a little more expensive than others, but the quality is absolutely fantastic. I order takeout from this spot in Hammond regularly. This time I got a Detroit style deep dish with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions and jalapenos. The crust and undercarriage were super crispy. The pepperoni and sausage juicy! The veggies all flavorful and great. The tomato sauce base had a wonderful freshness to it's flavor. Safe to say, I will be coming back for future visits.“

“We were greeted quite rudely by Lisa, the hostess, which set a negative tone from the start. She was even rude to the waitresses while seating us, and we couldn’t believe the attitude. We remember Kathy months ago being a pleasure but haven't seen her last few weeks.

However, once we were greeted by Heather, Courtney, and Hannah, everything changed. They were warm, friendly, and truly a pleasure. Their professionalism and positivity completely turned the evening around and made our experience enjoyable — a real tour de force.

Thank you, ladies, for making our night special. We will definitely ask for you next time.

“I decided to try Jet's Pizza months after seeing an advertisement and after tasting it I'm sorry that I waited so long. It's delicious 🤤. I love the crunchy edges and it has a unique flavor. It's good hot or cold and although it's thick.... it's not gummy. So now I'm hooked...my new go-to pizza is Jet's Detroit style large with extra sausage, extra mushrooms, and extra green peppers. PS. The service was excellent and the pizzeria was bright and very neat.“

“I have eaten this pizza since I was a little kid. It’s the same!! I’m so happy! It’s so cool to eat something that you grew up eating. The Barton’s crust is very specific and delicious. I love their cheese. My kids like it now so I get to eat it all the time. They have excellent cheese bread too. And even though we don’t eat meat anymore the meat eaters around have said that their sausage tastes the same too. I remember exactly what it tastes like! lol. Try it!“

However , I remember the songs being put on the Pizza at later in the cooking process so that the sauce remained fresher.Tasting , prior to taking it out of the oven.... “Rosati’s is our favorite pizza in the area. The food is always delicious, and we have tried a lot from their menu. I have never had an issue with any of my orders. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, an appetizer and an extra side of ranch. My order was missing the ranch, which was not a big deal to me at all. About 30 minutes after I got home, I received a call from Amy apologizing for not including the ranch. All the workers there are so nice, but that took their customer service over the top! “We have been customers since we lived in Chicago. We always order the same thing Large half cheese & half pepperoni. Yummy Fries. That stuffed pizza with sausage & spinach is the BEST! We get a box of chicken and it's always a Capri's feast.They ALWAYS give us the BEST customer service. I recommend this place to everyone that loves great food.“

“We went to Johns in Dyer and had a fabulous experience. We went for my birthday. 4 adults and eight grandchildren. The food was amazing and the service was awesome and the boys making the pizzas were so nice to the kids. The kids were watching through the window and the cooks were interacting with the kids. They had a blast and are already talking about how they want to go back. We will be definitely visiting Johns soon! “The pizza was actually very good, and the Caesar salad was solid too. No complaints with the food.

The only issue was the service when we first arrived. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes without anyone greeting us. Eventually, we went up to the cashier to ask if we were supposed to order there, and he told us someone should’ve come to the table. He then had a server come over, and she was very apologetic, which we appreciated.

It wasn’t very busy, about half the place was empty, so it was a bit surprising that no one acknowledged us when we walked in.

That said, the food was good, and I’d still come back.“
