The pizza is a high quality level for the proper high quality amount of money. The real catch is the sauce, which is very sweet and unlike any pizza you have had before. Whether going thin crust or deep dish, customers cannot go wrong. All ingredients are always fresh, and the appetizers are very good as well. The quality and consistency is perfect among the three locations. However, some reviews note the quality is declining, with definitely way less cheese than there used to be. The thin crust pies are almost always not rolled thin enough, and the dough taste/texture in general is off. Another con is that delivery takes a very long time, likely because the restaurant is so popular. Take out is available, but card payment is more expensive than cash as the customer pays the processing fee. Arrenello's is considered the best pizza in NWI, and it is not even close.
