Best pizza in nwi hands down
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. After waiting over 2 hours for a pizza, I called to check on the order. While I was on the phone, the delivery driver pulled up. I told the guy on the phone that, and his response was: "So do you want the pizza or not?" - then he hung up on me.

I have always been a fan, but this location seems to have lost something. I ordered pizza bread and some fries. My order arrived and I received tomato bread instead. When I called, I was told that their ovens were off for the night. I let them know this was not right, and they said they would send out a pizza bread that arrived almost 35 min from the time I called. Meanwhile the other part of my dinner was getting cold. Arrenello's Pizza Highland is known for best Chicago style/quality pizza in Indiana. Customers love their normal and stuffed pizza. The pizza is a high quality level for the proper high quality amount of money. The real catch is the sauce, which is very sweet and unlike any pizza you have had before. Whether going thin crust or deep dish, customers cannot go wrong. All ingredients are always fresh, and the appetizers are very good as well. The quality and consistency is perfect among the three locations. However, some reviews note the quality is declining, with definitely way less cheese than there used to be. The thin crust pies are almost always not rolled thin enough, and the dough taste/texture in general is off. Another con is that delivery takes a very long time, likely because the restaurant is so popular. Take out is available, but card payment is more expensive than cash as the customer pays the processing fee. Arrenello's is considered the best pizza in NWI, and it is not even close.
