Wendy's is a hit or miss. They often get the orders wrong, like substituting a chicken sandwich for a Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. The Bacon actors burger was just average, not impressive. The grilled chicken cobb salad lacked blue cheese crumbles. However, the drive-thru experience was exceptional, with friendly and personable staff like Karrington and Antonio. Simple gestures like a smile and good service make a big difference. Despite some order mishaps, the great customer service makes customers want to return to Wendy's for a positive experience.
