“Looks to be a more recently setup store. Clean and plenty of space across large footprint - sufficient tables to dine in. Near Indiana Sand Dunes NP so good option if needing a quick lunch in the area.

Parking: Plenty of spots in front of store.“

“Jimmy John's is one of the best sandwich shops when you're on the road. Good for eating in, but especially good for eating in the car if you're in a huge hurry. The sandwiches are kind of self-contained and therefore less messy. Also I've always liked their iced tea.“

“This by far is one of the cleanest subways I have ever been to. Also very modern and up to date. I would recommend this subway. If I am passing through the area again I will use that subway.The only thing I would say is they need a new sign or bigger one I almost missed their location. This could also be because the location maybe new or newer and no sign has been made or order yet.“

“I wouldn't go out of my way to review a Subway but had to make note of this one.There was only one person working during a busy lunch rush and I'll admit, I was annoyed as we were on a time crunch and this was the closest lunch spot to our location at the time.But the woman working did an exceptional job keeping herself calm and collected and for a Subway sandwich, it was made beyond our expectations. She didn't skimp or hurry through the process and it was an overall, very well made sandwich, better than I was expecting. So just had to come here and give her kudos for going above and beyond our expectations for what to expect from a Subway in a gas station.Honestly, all the employees both in Subway and Luke's were beyond friendly. Wouldn't think twice about stopping in here again.“

“I love this location. They make the best in my opinion. I was questioning the tip thing a lot for picking up. I guilted myself into it thinking if I don’t, might not have good food. They left out two cookies and a coke. Although I’m sure I should have grabbed the coke. They saw me standing around weird. But I didn’t see it on the list attached to my order. So I left. Looked back at my order on app. And there was a coke. Just for people who feel they might need to tip for excellent service. I don’t think so. Tipping has gotten crazy. Just my experience though. Again, food was great. Place always clean.“

“Pretty typical Firehouse Subs. If you are in a hurry call ahead. Everyone except me ordered ahead. I had a 15 minute wait. If I wasn't on my way to work it wouldn't have mattered. The quality of ingredients they use is good and the sandwiches were filling ( 1 for nightshift breakfast and 1 for lunch).“

“Food is great, delivery is always fast, but I wish they would ring the darn doorbell when they deliver!! My husband's surprise birthday lunch sat on the porch for 3 hours while I was at work because he had no idea it was there.“

“I have been to a lot of subways but the one in South Haven has to be my favorite! They know how to make a sandwich, I got my wife the veggie sub and I want sure they were going to be able to wrap it in one paper! They didn't just put veggies on there they put the whole garden... lol, she loved it! I got the ultimate but and usually when I ask for black olives I have to ask them to put more on not at this one, not on any of the veggies I got on it, like I said they know how to make a sandwich!! Then you have the people that work there, very friendly, very patient, and they can joke around with you which is awesome and better then trying to deal with someone that has a stick up their backside.“

“Sub was great....waiting while it was being made was incredible, unorganized. One person started our subs, and then someone was making a pickup, then the person who started our subs was just standing by the register for a couple of minutes without finishing mine while it sat next to the gal making the pickup subs. Then he said something about if that was my sub, and I said yes, I need to pay for the two subs. Oh, you're together. Then, in front of all the customers, the one employee had to announce there was a bus that pulled in a oh great we have more people to help.I'm pretty sure my daughter and I were in there for at least 10min.“

A young man, Brandon, brought my food to my table and I ask him about a green colored drink I saw behind the counter, which he said it was caramel apple lemonade. He offered me some to taste which was very good. He was so kind and polite, it's experiences like this that makes a person want to go back!“
