I haven't been in a Long John Silver's in over 20 years. So I thought I'd give it a try. What impressed me the most, was not the food. It was the service. The food was good, but the level of Service was above anything I've ever experienced in a fast food environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. It truly felt like they wanted everyone to have a great experience. We live in the Chicago suburbs. Whenever we travel east to Detroit or this time through Michigan we stop here. I told someone before that we always stop at this place to go to the best Long John Silvers; they didnt believe me. We have came here for about five years. Always consistently fresh and great service!
