The women at the drive thru her name started with an “L” I believe. I cannot remember her name. She was African-American though, with glasses. I believe a bun in her hair. But man was she so well mannered and very respectful. She was no nice and friendly. We had a BIG order and she was very patient. Brought our food out at the drive thru and we met her half way. THEY WERE OUT OF CRAB CAKES AND IT MADE ME CRY BUT THE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE AND THE GRILLED SHRIMP WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!Parking: parking is all around the building and there are more spots than people that can fit inside at once Wheelchair accessibility: VERY wheelchair accessible without issues or problems there is a ramp to the door and no weird bumps or lumps to roll over?

Believe it or not, my family drove all the way from Chicago to Indiana for Long John Silver's. Unfortunately you cannot find them in the city anymore. This LJS is very clean and their staff is very friendly. Worth the 45 minute drive.
