Customer service horrible! The person at the register and cook were combative when I told them it was the wrong order and I was allergic to shrimp so there’s no way I would order shrimp. They said I should have checked the receipt right away and they refused a refund.
The service was horrible they are so slow they brought out three customers food and I still had to wait
This is the worst Sharks in Gary. How does a restaurant that specializes in fish constantly run out of fish... particularly catfish????! This isn’t a one or two time occurrence. This is so often that a purchaser must call ahead to make sure they even have fish!!! Trust me... no one in this city is buying so much fish that they run out in 6 hours.
