They change extra for malt in your shake. I ordered large. There's no way they put in any, for sure not enough in the shake. If you are going to charge for it, we should be able to detect and taste it. Not the first time either. Otherwise shakes were good. Customer service was just ok. The person at the drive through window barely said anything to me bc she's talking into her headphones. Finish with the people you are currently serving. That's really rude. Excellent location. I am unsure of the names, but owners (I assume?) strive to provide great service. It isn’t easy to please everyone coming to their location. However, they have a great work ethic & always have!!!
