Thank you Nijah! 🙂 Her customer service was superb as well as the manager on duty that handed me my order (I didn’t get to check his name tag). During the busy lunch rush everyone was so kind, with smiles on their faces and kept the lines moving despite just how many people were inside and at the drive through. It’s always a pleasure visiting this location.
It was a promotion for Methodist Hopital day, great spicy chicken sandwich.
The drive thru lane was a little busy but at that time of day not unexpected. What I didnt enjoy was the employee leaning fully on my car. She had on a jacket and I was concerned with scratches on my car. I love that your employees are friendly but a little distance from my car and personal space during flu season would be appreciated. However I will reiterate the customer service was top notch and the food as always was hot and fresh.
