The food was so drenched in grease. I kept using napkins one after another to soak it up with no success. So the dogs at home gave 5 stars across the board. Even the fountain machine was off. Although the staff was really nice and accommodating it took them at least 10mins to come to the register. They may have had a couple customers, but not to excuse that wait time. Its 8:08... they supposedly close at 10 smh... they always doing this and it's not making any sense. Can you all please update your shift hours because this is getting irritating.

Several time ive been there on 61st and Broadway. And they short me on my order. I paid for it but when i got home to eat. All the food from my order was not included in my meal. That has happen 3 times. I'm fed up with them. Don't want to go back to that store.Today my last day buying food from long John silver. My fish was undercooked and my plate was the 9.09 plate should had a little more food on it. But after today I won't be going back to the merrilville ljs.
