My food was hard. and I had to wait a long time to have it made over nothing to compensate me for the wait for hard food
edited review. they really turned this location around. i believe stafffrom other locations have come to help and its really helping. very respectful and fast with their service - i waited about 10 minutes in line and the manager i assume came to the third window and apologized, offering an extra big mac for the wait. overall turned everything around. good job!!
Unprofessional , rude, & food quality is terrible

McDonald's is a reliable fast-food restaurant known for its quick, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. The new management and staff have made a positive difference, with one employee at the drive-thru window praised for their excellent customer service. This location stands out for serving HOT fries straight out of the fryer, ensuring that the food is ALWAYS hot and that condiments are never forgotten. Hard workers tackle the drive-thru lines like pros, contributing to a consistently good overall experience across multiple locations, even as some customers note improvements in food quality.
