My food was hard. and I had to wait a long time to have it made over nothing to compensate me for the wait for hard food
Sat at the drive thru for nearly 30minutes, a line of cars behind me. I got tired of waiting, so I pulled out of line and when I went pass the windows I can see the employees just standing around. Someone could at least answered and said something Unprofessional!!!.
Place is horrible. Asked for a refill management says we don't do that here as if it would bankrupt the operation. Youd think this place was swamped by the way everyone was acting but 3 customers in the lobby and 3 in the drive thru. 15 min wait. Staff wasn't friendly everyone is miserable. Also cashier was like heavy breathing on me and the food.
