“Stopped in for a Ben's Soft bacon pretzel. Glad to see the place is under new ownership. The pretzel was delicious. Highly recommend bacon on pretzels. The restaurant was clean and the workers were very polite and friendly. I watched one worker take their time with an elderly customer. Kind of warmed my heart...like this bacon pretzel. 5 outta 5 stars. Will be back. I work down the street but I'll probably Grubhub or Doordash them.“
“Omg how can you not stop for a Wetzel Pretzel! One of my favorite places in the mall. Service is always fast and friendly and the pretzel bites are soooo yummy! The portion is generous, but who wants to share! Lol Love love love this place. Pretzels are always fresh and tasty! They even give a mall employee discount! The main one is on the lower level but they even have a 2nd location on the upper level. Do not just walk by - stop by and get one and your taste buds will thank you! “My son had a great coupon so he bought one thing of pepperoni pizza pretzel nuggets and got a second-order free. He said they were cooked perfectly. Nicely salted and nice and hot with a good amount of pepperoni. This it's right at the end of the food court so it's easy access to get in and out. Lots of different pretzels to choose from and pretzel dogs too.“
“Two times in a row I went to this location in River Oaks Mall. I asked how long before pretzels are done. Every time they say 10mins. Then no they don’t expect or seem as if they want you to wait. Literally the vibe they give you. So I start walking off just for them to start putting butter on pretzels. Second time there 30mins after the mall is open on a Sunday there’s absolutely nothing ready to they’re getting ready to make the first set of pretzels. No, let me not lie you can order a drink only, because that’s the only thing that be ready. Just so unprofessional!Went back today and it was a huge difference! There was two workers who seem new and the one man who was cooking was great! He took the order from the glass and was really professional and helpful. Thanks for making it better.“
“Ben's Pretzel located at 1100 5th, Hammond, was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had there pepperoni pretzel for lunch and I took home a meatball pocket with me for dinner. Make sure to go try them. They have a verity of items to choose from. I liked their catchy saying. Have a pretzel day!!“
