I accidentally hit the wrong pickup time on the app. I called to let them know. The phone was answered by "yeah?" I was taken back and when I didn't answer at first, the person was extremely rude with me. Definitely not a happy customer?
I was going here for 2 years and I no longer go to this location. I drive to 394 where they have the Dunkin in the gas station. The Dunkin in the gas station on Sauk Trail and 394 has never failed to provide fresh coffee and donuts no matter what time it is. I purchased donuts at 8pm and they were fresher than any Dunkin I've eaten at.As for the Chicago Road location, 5 stars on quick service in the morning with fresh coffee and donuts. 3 stars for not having a variety of donuts....read full review
