We love Sam,but don't know the other ones names sorry. Food is usually on point. We love the soups too. We always get treated well. That's why we keep coming back. Wish they would be open for dinner. We would definitely come back for that being there is no sit down family restaurants in the hts that is open past 2:30 or 3. That's not a bar?“

Receiving great customer service can make or break an experience and for me determines whether I will return. The person operating the drive-thru was simply great. Dan was upbeat, energetic, friendly, and personable. Use him in one of your training videos for new hires.

There is actually a location across the street from where I work in Homewood. I usually get my coffee there right before work. Now, I'll stop at the Chicago Heights location instead.“

“Think I could complain about here.Sometimes there are short service and nitend to run out of the dough.If you don't get there by at least nine o'clock , you might not be able to get your favorite donut , but they will have other options for you“

“I have been coming to this McDonald's for decades. There have been ups, and there have been Downs. But overall everything is extremely copesthetic and everybody does a wonderful job.

I must state, I have noticed some issue not specifically directed at this McDonald's but the McDonald's corporation as a whole. When you go to the bathroom and after washing your hands they only have the hand dryer machine. I understand not offering people paper towels after washing their hands saves you a miniscule amount on your overall overhead cost. But you cut down on the overall quality of experience. It is one of those small things that is necessary, because it has been proven that those hand dryer machines are not hygienic. Also it uses a lot of energy to operate. Purchasing some biodegradable paper towels is a much better option.

Like I said in the first paragraph, everything in here is very good for the most part and I really don't have much to complain about. Please keep up the good work everybody. Thank you y gracious.“
