“Okay when I first got my sausage McMuffins with egg; I was not happy. The McMuffins were really hard basically inedible. Fast forward I went back up there and told the manager in charge. As soon as I told her what was wrong with my order she gave me two fresh sausage McMuffins with egg with no hesitation. And to make things even better she had a really nice attitude! The McMuffins were so soft and everything tasted fresh. Overall, I left McDonald’s a very happy girl!“

“I have been coming to this McDonald's for decades. There have been ups, and there have been Downs. But overall everything is extremely copesthetic and everybody does a wonderful job.
I must state, I have noticed some issue not specifically directed at this McDonald's but the McDonald's corporation as a whole. When you go to the bathroom and after washing your hands they only have the hand dryer machine. I understand not offering people paper towels after washing their hands saves you a miniscule amount on your overall overhead cost. But you cut down on the overall quality of experience. It is one of those small things that is necessary, because it has been proven that those hand dryer machines are not hygienic. Also it uses a lot of energy to operate. Purchasing some biodegradable paper towels is a much better option.
Like I said in the first paragraph, everything in here is very good for the most part and I really don't have much to complain about. Please keep up the good work everybody. Thank you y gracious.“

“The food is worth the price. Not only was the food tasty, but the portions were good. In Wisconsin there’s a similar restaurant called Maxfield’s Pancake House that has food of similar quality and portions. If you’re a Wisconsiner who likes Maxfield’s Pancake House and you’re looking for a good meal in Illinois, I highly recommend Skyline!
Likewise, if you’re a Chicago native who regularly eats at Skyline and you’ve wandered up into the Dairy State looking for a good meal, head to your nearest Maxfield’s.“
