“I've always had good experiences at this Dunkin' Doughnuts. Good service, accurate orders, doughnuts are always good, and they do a good job with stirring coffee with cream and sugar. I've been to DD locations where they don't stir coffee, so all of the sugar is at the bottom and I didn't know there was sugar in the coffee until the last few drinks that were sickly sweet.“
“This is my second time here at chi tiva. I visit the location downtown first and second time at the Worth, IL location. My experience completely different from the first time around. I visit location downtown informing workers my first time how they offered to let us sample slushy flavors nice jester….they did not inform me of dosage and explain how it may possibly affect first timer. With that being said I ordered 50mg coffee taking a few sips and telling my sister she immediately told me to go back to check out and order a 10mg let them know it was my first time. I can say my experience second time around at the Worth location with Lori she greeted us and explained everything we were interested in getting letting us know dosages and tolerance level. I mentioned at the end I really appreciate her customer service and explaining super knowledgeable. I told myself I would probably not come back but this experience definitely worth coming back when in town. Thank you!“

“Hopefully the franchise owner can see this.Both times- it has gotten completely packed Mashallah.I’ve always been someone to go to Starbucks ( prior to boycotting ) and other Americanized coffee shops and specifically enjoying the aroma and level of QUIETNESS or should I say INSIDE VOICES while working on some things on my laptop.But that’s just NOT the case at these places- and I’m not the only one sitting with my laptop doing work!!Why does the fellow brothers and sisters gather at coffee shops like it’s a family reunion and get so loud? I thought it was so rude seeing people freely put tables together to fit their party of 10 and stay there for hours while other individuals or couples can’t even pop a squat.I know many will probably tell me to go to the library or stay home if I want quietness and I think after these experiences I might just do that!It would be nice to enforce some kind of mutual respect for others or for coffee shop owners to create a quiet space for those that way to work on their work quietly while enjoying the environment ?I don’t have the desire to be a business owner but someone please take my idea and do it. “My server demi was very attentive and got everything right in my very detail difficult order I always have crazy requests and she meet every need of mine. She was quick with getting us drinks and made us feel like we were the only ones in the in the restaurant even tho it was very busy and packed. “Decided to come here with a friend. Their cookies were delicious. Ended up purchasing a valentine cookie along with a sundae. The sundae consisted of Grasshopper flavored ice cream with gummy bears, hot fudge, and nuts.Aside from the treats and ice cream flavors, I really appreciated the customer service. When I first got the sundae, I noticed the gummy bears were missing on my sundae. When addressed this, one of the staff members fixed my order and it made my night. I’d come back again.“
“This place is worth the stop! Whether you are visiting Pullman National Historical Park, in the area, or driving nearby, this is the place to stop for a coffee break. Great coffee, teas and other drinks, as well as bakery treats like muffins and donuts. But the atmosphere really seals the deal. The shop is in a restored Pullman executive home, right across from the NPS site, with cozy common seating areas, lots of books to peruse, and historic artifacts from the historic district. The shop raises money for the Pullman House Project, a non-profit in the same building that provides guided tours of period Pullman homes. Between the NPS location, the Pullman House Project tour and then a coffee after, it's a great afternoon plan!“
“De Mar's in Blue Island, IL is a must-visit for anyone in the mood for classic American diner fare. The restaurant has a cozy, old-school feel that instantly transports you to a simpler time. Every time I sit down in a booth it makes me feel like i can talk about nothing, (a Seinfeld reference). The menu is full of classic diner dishes, from hearty breakfast options to juicy burgers and sandwiches to homemade soups and salads. I particularly enjoyed the Tuna melt, which was perfectly put together with just the right amount of cheese and tune on white bread. The French toast was also excellent, with a soft and fluffy texture that melted in my mouth. But if you want the traditional, just order the all American breakfast, 2 sunny side up eggs with hash browns and two slices of bread, along with a cup of coffee. Everything is delicious. The staff at De Mar's are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. They were quick to offer suggestions on what to order and were always on hand to refill drinks or answer any questions. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. There is plenty of seating, so you won't have to wait long to be seated, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Overall, I highly recommend De Mar's to anyone looking for a traditional American diner experience. So if you are in the area of Blue Island this restaurant It's a gem, that I plan on returning to in the future.“

I've probably spent $80 on donuts for our work crew in the last few days and everyone has been very happy with his suggestions on donut flavors.“
“Went to the tea tasting with my mother and son. Had such a wonderful time from start to finish smelling and tasting all the different types of tea. Atmosphere was awesome. The owner and the workers were so friendly and amazing. “Every time we go, Maria remembers us. We don't go that often which is why it tickles me. She is always so sweet and patient. The food is classic. Freshly made, never had any issues. Our fries were always crisp and hot, not dried out. Burgers are always made to order and the patties are hand made and pressed. Super thin patties with crispy, buttery edges. Yummy! The softdrinks are well balanced. My kids love getting cherry coke because it's made fountain style with maraschino cherries. We feel like family and really enjoy the food. What's not to love? We will continue to visit as long as they are in business!“

“This is our first time to this new Dunkin’ Donuts location. The food preparation was a little bit slow, but it was made correctly. The inside of the store is very well-maintained. Very nice and clean. There is easy access in and out with lots of parking and the expressway is right there so it’s a quick stop.“
“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“There coffee is always fresh and so are there muffins. The bathroom is super clean which I find to be important. The store is kept very clean at all times. The workers and staff are nice, sweet and they very fast and will get your coffee ready in 15 seconds even when they are at there busiest. I buy there frozen coffee drink. And all there flavors are fresh and they serve to please the customer. These workers are very hard workers, the manager is also nice. He knows what he is doing. I recommend you won't be disappointed at this location.Parking: There is plenty of parking. Shop had 2 or 3 customers inside. Update: I went back the next day, and the man inside remembered me. I got my drink ??“
