I thought the drive-thru was supposed to be a fast pickup service. I went in to get a iced tea. And waited in line for 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru.But I don't understand if customers have big orders and they are not ready. why you couldn't pull them to the side until they food was ready? , while the other orders can kept going at a normal pace.
I think that most of the time it depends on who is serving because there are days when the service is super fast and other days the service is terrible and if the problem is shift changes.
