Sometimes in and out but sometimes you're waiting
I have come frequently. But recently it has gone all downhill. New brisket item was frozen last week for an online order so I didn't get the item original requested. This week I had to wait 10+ minutes for chow mein that wasn't even made for my pick up order. I only had 15 minutes left of my break leaving the store and only 10 minutes to eat before having to get back on the clock is unacceptable of this place. Might stop coming frequently to this place and it was even slow.
The food was fresh, but the girls that work in here have real bad attitudes, very passive aggressive. Last time I checked you can try something before you pick & the girl didn’t want to give my husband a sample of the dynamite chicken.

Panda Express is a fast-food restaurant that offers a mix of hits and misses. The egg rolls are described as bland, requiring additional sauces to add flavor. However, the shrimp and orange chicken receive more positive reviews, though some pieces of the chicken are reported to be plain. While the vegetarian options are plentiful, the restaurant seems to struggle with consistency, especially with the popular "super greens" dish, which often has a long wait time. The staff at the Country Club Hills location are praised for their attentiveness and efficiency, making the dining experience more enjoyable for regular customers. Recent reviews highlight that the staff, especially the manager, address issues quickly and with a friendly attitude. Customers appreciate the personable service, noting the store is clean and the atmosphere is good. While some meals like the food being just warm rather than hot are mentioned, the overall service and environment are considered positive.
