Everytime i order my bagel here it is burnt to a crisp. they always give me the wrong cream cheese and the snackin bacon has a pound of grease that they pour into the bag to leak all over the place. when i try to ask them for it remade or just tell them how i received my food i was met with horrible costumer service. overall i would not go to this dunkin again. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Made my drink wrong and instead of just making it right wants to argue about what I ordered. I pulled up the app and proved my order and there was no apology or acknowledgement and the rude man working there had hands that looked extra dirty, I don’t want him making my food. My hash browns were soggy and my donuts looked meted. The inside is nice and remodeled but the attitudes of the employees suck.
