Christal S. was unflappable and SO nice, working by herself and manning the drive-thru too. She served us during a mini-rush which included an ambulance staffer getting a call. Because it was the afternoon, we got our donuts for 50¢ and iced coffees for 99¢. We also ordered "all-day" sandwiches - steak on the bagel sandwich was a bit dry, but the bacon/egg/cheese wrap was just the ticket!
We got drinks from a different Dunkin location, and unfortunately, they were made terribly. On our way, we spotted this Dunkin and decided to take a chance and ask if they could add some sugar syrup to fix our drinks.
I have to say, they were incredibly understanding and kind. They welcomed us, took our drinks, and fixed them for us completely free of charge. Every employee had a smile on their face and treated us with genuine kindness.
