“This McDonald's is a franchise that most of the local Calumet citys and south Holland all are owned by same owner. The drive thru is usually long and sometimes theres a neighborhood local inside. The staff is polite I usually order inside and give the guy standing in the drive thru 3$.

Parking: Most spots near door are for uber eat or delivery apps. Bout 5 spots for reg patrons. Also drive thru interferes with parking.“

“Christal S. was unflappable and SO nice, working by herself and manning the drive-thru too. She served us during a mini-rush which included an ambulance staffer getting a call. Because it was the afternoon, we got our donuts for 50¢ and iced coffees for 99¢. We also ordered "all-day" sandwiches - steak on the bagel sandwich was a bit dry, but the bacon/egg/cheese wrap was just the ticket!“

My banana latte was absolutely amazing. My next latte - the cheesecake. The flavored lattes tastes like lattes with a hint of whatever flavor is ordered. The ordered flavor become more defined as you swish the beverage.“

“I’ve been going to Wake N Bakery since shortly after they opened and have literally never had a bad experience. They are cheaper than the nearest dispensary, and have good sales all the time. Everyone who I have interacted with who works there is kind and welcoming, along with being knowledgeable about the product they sell. I mostly use the product for pain management, anxiety, and depression, and it does wonders for all of the above. I have never received anything that wasn’t high quality, and the one time I had an issue, it was fixed immediately with zero stress or BS. Even if you have never used THC and are just curious, I recommend Wake N Bakery wholeheartedly. The staff is patient and helpful and I don’t go anywhere else anymore.“

“Dietary restrictions: This was the perfect stop in our travels. Timing was perfect and amazing food fast. My Baltic Sea crepe had lots of salmon, slabs of tomato and cucumber, spinach, capers and dill with a delicious green sauce to add on. The omelette which was the gluten free option was made to perfection with delicious European ham, cheese, bacon and spinach with a wonderful roasted red pepper sauce on the side. Portions are very generous. Bring your appetite. The coffee is superb as well.“

“Cream of mushroom soup is good. Home made soups are good. The breaded tenderloin sandwich with mashed potatoes was good. Showed up a bit weird though. The breaded tenderloin was on top of the bread with mashed potatoes and gravy to the side. The entire dish was then covered in brown gravy. There was no way possible to make a sandwich, but I cut it all up together and ate it as a mix. It was still good.“

“I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a Venti Iced Peach Green Tea. Although the service was a bit slow, I know it was crowded, which was likely the reason. The wait was absolutely worth it. The drink was perfectly refreshing and delicious, with the peach flavor complementing the green tea beautifully. It definitely hit the spot on a warm day. I'll be back for sure, the drink is delicious!“

“Excited to try the empanadas at Empanadus in Homewood on Ridge Road. It is a nice cafe and eatery offering a variety of empanadas for all dietary needs. They are served very warm and the type of empanada is branded into the outside crust. They are a good sized portion and the filling can be tasted with each bite. I bought a variety and it was easy to identify which one was beef, sausage, spinach, vegan, etc. they also offer a variety of coffees too. Would definitely suggest you give it a visit.“

Vegetarian options: I had the spinach quiche which is awesome with a generous portion of potatoes and a salad...fantastic!!!“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“I got a large hot cocoa with whipped cream & 2 avocado toast, lightly toasted & it was filling & delicious! I probably should have just gotten 1, but it's so good! I really like it with bacon too!

Parking: The parking lot is big, lots of space.“

“Fun fact: This place used to be a Checker’s. That’s why they have that weird double drive thru lane that is blocked off.Parking lot is dirty and full of garbage. They have but a single table inside. They need a good architect to fix this place.The employees are either very friendly or entirely dismissive. It depends on who’s working.The coffee is great.When the employees are friendly I typically tip via the mobile app.“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“There coffee is always fresh and so are there muffins. The bathroom is super clean which I find to be important. The store is kept very clean at all times. The workers and staff are nice, sweet and they very fast and will get your coffee ready in 15 seconds even when they are at there busiest. I buy there frozen coffee drink. And all there flavors are fresh and they serve to please the customer. These workers are very hard workers, the manager is also nice. He knows what he is doing. I recommend you won't be disappointed at this location.

Parking: There is plenty of parking. You won't be worried about finding a spot.

Kid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly and are always smiling. That to me will attract adults as long as children in the store for this reason. They have plenty of food to choose from for kids and adults.“
