“Christal S. was unflappable and SO nice, working by herself and manning the drive-thru too. She served us during a mini-rush which included an ambulance staffer getting a call. Because it was the afternoon, we got our donuts for 50¢ and iced coffees for 99¢. We also ordered "all-day" sandwiches - steak on the bagel sandwich was a bit dry, but the bacon/egg/cheese wrap was just the ticket!“

“Wow! I'm so excited because we finally have a coffee spot right her on the East Side! The Mexi Mocha is my favorite, but the Cold Brew and Café de Olla are also delicious. Every drink that I've tasted had been superb! As far as the pastries and sandwiches, my family has tasted several and enjoyed them all. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is what keeps me coming back though! Don't miss this spot for great coffee, food and vibes!“

“Smugglers Coffee is hands down one of the best coffees around. A huge variety of flavors and blends. The owner takes his coffee to the next level and has a deep passion for it. They are a massive hit at every gaming convention and they have exploded from there. We always get several bags when we are in need of coffee.“

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and even offered us complimentary soups while we were waiting for our meals, which arrived quickly and tasted absolutely amazing. For the quality of the food, the prices are insanely cheap. The monster cookie is to DIE for. Highly recommend you stop in and check this place out if you need coffee or a good healthy morning or afternoon meal!“

Our table selected the bourbon-flavored tea and a delicious exotic fruit blend—both were absolutely delightful! I do see how busy they are and I completely understand it's out of their control on how busy it gets, but I hope it does get better. “I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“
