I have gone to a lot of Starbucks and my expectation is that I will receive excellent service on each visit. Unfortunately, that’s is not true. I visited the Starbucks on 63rd and Halsted. They were exceptionally slow. When I got up to the person at the drive thru window, she asked for payment, gave my drink and that’s it! I’m used to more. When I pay my hard earned money, I want the same service I get in Wheaton, Illinois on 63rd and Halsted. WE ARE NOT ready!! Sad!!!
Employees are always friendly and helpful. Place is usually pretty clean. Bathroom needs to have the light sensor adjusted though. It turns off when you're in the stall and you can't get it back on without opening the stall door. Definitely a safety
