I give them a three because at 1:00 p.m. they close their lobby and expect people to go through the drive-thru on foot and that is very dangerous number one and it's very rude and inconvenient nothing shut down in this city why are you closing your lobby at 1:00 p.m.
The person on register was rude, frowning and staring at me when I asked" Excuse me I'm sorry could I please get a glaze doughnut" to the point where she did not give me my coffee, shut the window, and I had to drive back around and get back into a long line to get my coffee. You are serving the public, one bad apple can most certainly spoil the whole bunch, this happened on 12/29/20 during the am.

I sometimes stop by this Dunkin early in the morning before heading to the office and while the cashier is super quiet when I say good morning, the person who makes my breakfast was extremely friendly. I’d say this is one of the most accurate Dunkin’s I know. Probably the best. So far, they haven’t messed up my order and they fast. Gotta appreciate that as I’m sure they deal with a lot of idiots dealing with the general public.
