It’s a trifling ordering experience, even if you call in. However, if you call in your order you won’t have to wait as long in most cases. I love the food here. Last time, they threw my order together a little sloppy, but I get it. And the food was still good actually despite that. It’s a really nice neighborhood restaurant with some history, but definitely have to be in the mood to deal with the long lines. HAVEN'T BEEN HERE IN YEARS, STOPPED BY THE OTHER DAY. THE STEAK SANDWICHES ARE STILL A HIT & THE WAIT WAS PERFECT. I WAS ABLE TO CALL IT IN & ACTUALLY GOT MY FOOD IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS... BECAUSE OF THE TIME EXPERIENCE, I WILL RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

Just as long as you call your order in and understand they don’t drop your fries until you get there you should only have a 15 minute wait but the food is ALWAYS worth it!! Understand they are busy cause they are good. Get a steak hoagie if you like sweet and savory also can’t go wrong with turkey… they have specials on Tuesday! Chicago custom!
