As a trucker who goes to all 58 states it’s always great to be back in my home city and the first place I have to go is to Jacky’s! Love this place!

Jacky’s Hot Dogs is a typical small local hotdog and grill. The food is good and cooked fresh to order. Customers recommend the Big Baby cheeseburger, the TomTom tamale, hotdogs, gyros, and the Polish sausage, which is juicy with classic Vienna sausage flavor. The French fries are a standout—always thin, crispy, salted just right, and never soggy or bland. Other menu favorites include the pizza puff with sport peppers on the side. The inside is a bit dated and is strictly in and out service, but the cooks and cashiers are always insanely friendly and lightning fast with orders. No matter how busy it is, they keep things moving and still make customers feel welcome. The environment is the same as it has been for years. Prices have really increased, so it is pricy for fast food. However, customers have been coming for decades, from high school into older age, and still make the drive back. The place is always busy, but service is fast—about five minutes from walking in to walking out. It is a place people return to because it is still just that good.
