“The best cheeseburgers ever!“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“The place was a ghost town. I was the only one there. The only thing that changed about the peanut buster parfait was the price ( over $5.00 now ). The worker that was there was very pleasant. It does not have to be blistering hot outside to enjoy good ice cream.“

“Burger was overcooked, edges were burnt/crunchy. Also the guy putting the side of hot peppers dropped them on the floor. Walked back to the beef table and pretended to replace. Dropped the same container in the bag, while looking at me. Been eating at Portillo's for 50 yrs... food's still very good but the service has declined noticeable over the last few years.“
