I came here for a footlong ham sandwich, and overall it was a solid experience. The vegetables tasted fresh, and the portions were well-balanced. Service was quick, which I appreciated.
That said, there’s some room for improvement in how staff handle customers who are unsure about add-ons. We were greeted in a friendly manner as soon as we walked in the door. The three ladies working seemed to enjoy their job and did it well. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Went in-person to get a sandwich for Lunch. Woman behind the counter asked me twice the kind of cheese I wanted, and toasted or not, after I clearly answered her the first time. Besides that no real problems or issues. They just need to pay closer attention to the details of customer orders.
