“The staff at the Homer Glen Jersey Mike's is fantastic! They are always friendly and helpful. They are as fast as they can be. Their business model does mean the food takes a little longer than say, subway, but it is definitely worth the extra 1-2 minutes.“

“Been here a few times since they opened. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is generally clean and well kept. Haven't been disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches either, ingredients taste fresh and they don't skimp on toppings. I think my only complaint is that they are frequently out of certain kinds of cookies although that may be because I typically go here for a late-ish lunch.“

“This subway is right around the corner from my house and every single time I pick up or come in to order, the people working are always so kind and make my sandwiches how I want them!! Tonight, there were two women working, both very sweet and kind, and they were very attentive even though they were busy! I appreciate them, please be kind when you eat there. :)“

“You have to fill your order out on a small paper bag when you walk in. I didn't realize that until it was my turn at the counter and had to go back and fill out a bag (I definitely wasn't the only one who did this). This was something that I guess tries to set them apart but is just more of a hassle.

The sandwich was great! I would reccomend getting th large size if you are looking for a comparable size sandwich to competitors, like JJ's and JM's. I would definitely go back.“

“Had to change my review after yesterday’s dinner that we got I got the super loop which in my opinion was super dry. They didn’t put the dressing and for the price. They only gave me two slices of meat, one of each ham and roast beef Which I think they forgot the turkey. My fiancé got a double cheeseburger we had bacon each bacon strip was $1.47 but yet it seemed like they just grab one bacon strip and cut it in half instead of giving lots of two whole strips the food used to be good here, but I don’t know for what reason they Started lacking“

The guy on the late shift always hooks it up, super chill, remembers my order, and makes the subs fresh even when it’s close to closing time. Place is clean, quick, and honestly just reliable when you need it most. Appreciate the service every time.“

The 3 boys in there were on point, courteous and just the extra mile service by putting my gardinera in a lil bag incase it spilled. All w a smile. It’s clean. This is a Turkey with cheddar, mayo lettuce tomato, cucumber and extra onion. It wa delicious!

I need to see Vanessa again when I go back There and I loved it today and the service today was wonderful and the employees are just wonderful. I told the employee that when I see Vanessa, I want her to do the Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo for me when I see her again and the food was great and I am so lucky to know The team and Is very good and everyone there is fabulous and I enjoy the food and it is very good. “I order the largest Philly cheese steak with everything on it. My opinion of it was a solid 4.0/5, the meat lacked flavor imo, peppers weren't cooked long enough. However the sandwich overall was pretty tasty, far from the best, but for a nice change from the normal fast foods it hit nicely. Can't really judge anything else but the food since it's inside of Walmart. Employees were fine, and was quite clean. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if your already in Walmart, but probably not worth going into Walmart just for this food.“

“Had a great experience at Subway in Hickory Hills! Jay went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was fresh, well-made, and you could tell quality was a priority. I was there with my kids, and he even gave them a cookie on the house — such a kind gesture.

Jay was very friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant itself was spotless — clean, neat, and no unpleasant smells at all.

“I’m bummed tonight. The order was incorrect. No extra cheese on the #17 and the #31 was made with beef - not chicken and it did not have mayo on it. Usually we are 100% happy with Jersey Mike’s New Lenox. It’s my favorite sandwich shop. Disappointed the order was not 100% since it was spelled out on the on-line order ticket. (Online order thanks to COVID-19 hysteria) The #31 was my wife’s sandwich.......I picked dinner tonight........now I have to apologize and let her pick dinner tomorrow. :( It’s still my favorite so I will recommend it.......I’ll recover after spending tonight in the dog house! 😂😂“

“Owner was there working Friday night, and was proud of all the work her and her husband did for the remodel. I told her I appreciated them taking all the coupons and rapidly making many large online orders for our family of 7. We walk over and have sandwiches all the time. No problems with lack of toppings or anything; great sandwich.“

Just today, the youngest man in the drive thru window noticed the color of the coke was off and mentioned it to me to make sure it tasted okay before I left and when it didnt he made sure to get me fresh one.
