I was so excited that we were getting a potbelly sandwich shop by my house! Then I had one and it was very sad. If it allows me to post a pic I will. It was mostly dry bread with very little chicken salad. Sad, sad sandwich, shame on u potbelly’s for ruining my dream!!

Based on the reviews, Potbelly offers great food and top-tier service. The staff is always nice, patient, and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean and super clean. Customers frequently enjoy a Turkey with cheddar, mayo lettuce tomato, cucumber and extra onion, a ham and cheese sammy with a cup of cheese broccoli soup, or the half and half avocado turkey sandwich and vegetable soup. The food is described as tasty, fantastic, and always consistent. One customer had one of the best sandwiches ever, calling the Italian incredibly authentic and the shakes dreamy. The aroma when walking in is delicious. The only downside mentioned is that checking out took a long time. Overall, customers feel welcome and definitely recommend the location.
