Ordered here a few times because they had a bogo and gave me a free sub just for signing up on the app. I always get the Italian anywhere I go, and this was super delicious, love they have decent offers on the app too. Very competitive to jersey mikes
Ava is a high value sandwich maker! She took my order with kindness in her heart and a glimmer in her eyes. My food was delicious and I have her graceful hands to thank. Best. Potbelly. Ever!!!! She never rests, see her sweeping after fulfilling my food order!
Ordered double meat and cheese so it was $16 for the sandwich which would have been fine except there is no cheese on it. Just dug through the entire sandwich to make sure. Glad I paid extra and tipped. 🤦♂

Based on the reviews, Potbelly offers great food and top-tier service. The staff is always nice, patient, and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean and super clean. Customers frequently enjoy a Turkey with cheddar, mayo lettuce tomato, cucumber and extra onion, a ham and cheese sammy with a cup of cheese broccoli soup, or the half and half avocado turkey sandwich and vegetable soup. The food is described as tasty, fantastic, and always consistent. One customer had one of the best sandwiches ever, calling the Italian incredibly authentic and the shakes dreamy. The aroma when walking in is delicious. The only downside mentioned is that checking out took a long time. Overall, customers feel welcome and definitely recommend the location.
