The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.“

( Sandwich, fries, and drink) Delicious chicken with toppings and lots of mayo on a stand up bun. I don't like them to fall apart. I don't usually eat fries, but these slightly seasoned, yet not salty, crispy hot fries were great! I ordered a side of sweet potato tots and they were equally delicious. I will return! “What’s with the low reviews here??? Came with a group of 10 and the pizza was outstanding. We live in the city and think it goes toe to toe with the trending tavern style spots - Zarella, Pizzamici - honestly might even be better if it’s always as tasty as it was when we came in. Our server was very attentive as well. Please open a location in Chicago so we don’t have to drive so far!“

“I was in a pinch traveling in town from Bolingbrook and needed some shredded mozzarella to top a homemade baked rigatoni I was donating to a Romeoville family in need of a meal and I stoped in hoping they might be able to sell me some. “I ordered the lunch special and beef patties. The jerk chicken was delicious and the jerk sauce had a spicy tropical flavor. I also liked the rice and red beans. The beef patty was also seasoned, flaky and delicious.
The portion was large. I have leftovers for tomorrow.
The atmosphere is clean and the guy at the register was friendly. Will try more items on the menu, soon.“

“We recently ordered a pizza from Palermo’s of 63rd & Frankfort for the first time. We are long time customers from the original Palermo’s back from just off 63rd & Western. It was just like romancing the past. Everything was perfect from the crust to the cheese and of course the always terrific sauce. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.“

Santino, who was serving us, was very thoughtful and tried fixing the issue the best he could. Santino made our visit worth it and helped my mom use her potbelly app to checkout and pay.“

Several times I have gone there, there have been other customers watching videos on their phones with the volume all the way up, which is super annoying. However, that is not the staff's fault.
