We went last night for dinner and everything was amazing! We ordered steak tartare, ahi tuna and lamb chops as appetizers. Main coarse bison ribeye, filet mignon medium rare. Everything was cooked exactly the way we ordered, the server and staff were on it. By far the best restaurant around if you like what we ordered hands down. I’ve lived in Joliet my entire life and this place knocks it out of the park.
Cut 158 is the premier dining experience in Will County & the greater Chicagoland. The service, the atmosphere, the food - everything was on point. Bill Dimitriolous continues to raise the bar and set the standard. Highly recommended, but don’t take my word for it. You have to experience it for yourself!
