“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Joliet location. We stopped there after taking my grandmother to the casino and she didn’t have her wheelchair. She walks but very slowly. The staff was super kind and made sure she had a walkway and opened all the doors for her. They didn’t rush her or make her feel bad for taking a while! They cared and were so helpful! Great food and great staff! Thank you!“

“In the past my experience at this location has been very average. Tonight was exceptional. The food was prepared perfectly, our steaks were prepared as requested, everything came out at the proper temperature, and nothing was over seasoned.
The highlight was our server. Sam was one of the best I've had in years. She was attentive and great at anticipating our needs. She went over and above the average with her patience, answering our endless questions, and following our requests perfectly. Sam made our birthday celebration a very special one.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had our Nov. 2024 wedding rehearsal at Cut 158 and were completely impressed and happy with our experience. The food is excellent and the service was top notch. The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.“
