“I had the burger at LongHorn Steakhouse, and it was okay. The patty was cooked well, but the overall flavor was pretty average and didn't really stand out. The fries were decent, and the service was friendly, but I was expecting a little more considering LongHorn's reputation. It wasn't a bad meal, but it also wasn't anything I'd go out of my way to order again.“

“Jameson's is perfect for pre-theater dining as it sits across the driveway from North Shore Center for the Arts. This visit we sat in the bar area so we could catch some of the World Cup, which has a more casual feel. The menu is the same as the formal dining room which is quieter and more elegant. Two of our party had the Prime Rib abd I had the London Broil and all came cooked exactly as ordered. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We come here every time we go to the theater. We'd come more often but we don't live in the area.“

“This place was such a vibe & SO welcoming!! This was my first time in Chicago with my besties. My friend made a reservation for us & I am so glad she did! This place has a cozy & intimate feel with the perfect low/ambient lighting (we hate a big light!!). We were immediately greeted with champagne & good energy. They added a cute, personal message on our menus that they gifted us to take home 💕 I ordered the grilled forza burger with fries, & my friends ordered the 10 oz flat iron steak. Some tables are down a set of stairs so make sure to request upstairs if you’re not able to manage that arrangement. Vibes were pristine, 10/10 would recommend. “We visited this amazing establishment last night and ordered the filet and the Manhattan strip for our entrées with a side of the mushrooms, and it was possibly one of the best steaks we had had. Our server and Jesse was wonderful, and when he wasn’t available home, there was another manager who came and brought items out, so there was no delay in service while he was attending another customer and socialized at the table. We dined outside on the patio underneath the heat lamp and lights. The Barn was the perfect atmosphere for our relaxing evening together. We were very pleased with all that we ordered as well as the service. We would highly recommend the Barn restaurant to others.“

What we expected to be a regular Monday night dinner turned into one of the most memorable dining experiences we've ever had.

From the moment we pulled up to valet until the moment we left, every single detail was exceptional. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed.

A huge thank you to **Jordan, the General Manager**, whose recommendations completely elevated our evening. She encouraged us to try dishes I never would have ordered on my own, and they ended up being some of my favorite parts of the meal. Her passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of the menu were evident in every recommendation.

Our server, **Mike M**, was equally incredible. His knowledge of the menu was unmatched, and he guided us through thoughtful pairings—including selections from Adelina Prime's impressive salt library—that made every course even more enjoyable. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it made the entire experience feel personal and curated rather than simply another dinner service.

The food was outstanding, the cocktails were phenomenal, the restaurant was spotless, and the level of service was among the best I've experienced anywhere in Chicago.

“I ate here with my 13 year old daughter 4/11/2026 while attending an event. We loved it. Portions were big and I felt bad that we weren’t able to finish all our food.
