“We celebrated our 30th Anniversary here and it did not disappoint! Lobster cargot could’ve been a meal by itself!! The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Teriyaki green beans were also a favorite of ours along with the Mac n cheese. You have w to get dessert! We had the chocolate ganache cake and strawberry sundae. Jeff our server was amazing ! The view couldn’t have been better.“

“My family went to a concert at Soldier Field. We had time to kill so we went to get dinner at the Firehouse Restaurant. They were amazing. No reservation and brought our 6 year old. They had a designated dining room on the lower level for concert goers showcasing music from the concert and using the screen to feature the performer. They were so kind to my
kid. Gave him a special tour of the elevator. I was so grateful for the service and the food. And having immaculate bathrooms before a 5 hour concert was invaluable! Loved it!“

“I had dinner at The Capital Grille in Chicago last night, and it was an outstanding experience. I ordered the surf and turf, featuring a ribeye steak and lobster tail, and both were absolutely delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right, and the lobster tail was fresh, succulent, and complemented the steak beautifully.

The service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a top-notch steakhouse experience in Chicago, I highly recommend The Capital Grille. I will definitely be back!“

Me and my wife go to a steakhouse in every city we visit and let me tell you it’s hard to nail all aspects of dining,apps, mains, dessert, and wine, but RPM blew me away! This is my #1 steakhouse I have visited in the world…I have been to 30 plus states, 15 countries and nothing has come close to this experience.“

“I loved my meal here. The service was great and it was cool watching them cook right in front of you. They also took time to explain what and where the food was from which I greatly appreciate. The best part of the experience in my opinion was the wine tasting! The wine was excellent and the sommelier did a great job explaining the wine. His passion for each glass of wine really showed.

“Beautiful atmosphere and a great spot to enjoy brunch. The steak eggs benedict was delicious, and most of the food was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overnight oats/parfait missed the mark and wasn’t my favorite.

The service was the weakest part of the experience. I had to ask for coffee refills and request creamer separately, which made the service feel inattentive. That said, the welcoming atmosphere and overall dining experience still made it worth the visit. I’d come back for the food and the patio ambiance.“

What we expected to be a regular Monday night dinner turned into one of the most memorable dining experiences we've ever had.

From the moment we pulled up to valet until the moment we left, every single detail was exceptional. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed.

A huge thank you to **Jordan, the General Manager**, whose recommendations completely elevated our evening. She encouraged us to try dishes I never would have ordered on my own, and they ended up being some of my favorite parts of the meal. Her passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of the menu were evident in every recommendation.

Our server, **Mike M**, was equally incredible. His knowledge of the menu was unmatched, and he guided us through thoughtful pairings—including selections from Adelina Prime's impressive salt library—that made every course even more enjoyable. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it made the entire experience feel personal and curated rather than simply another dinner service.

The food was outstanding, the cocktails were phenomenal, the restaurant was spotless, and the level of service was among the best I've experienced anywhere in Chicago.

“Came for Chicago Restaurant Week. For the first course, my partner and I ordered the prosciutto and ricotta, which was an excellent appetizer and quite big for one person. In the second course, we ordered the chicken souvlaki and the seafood pasta. The chicken souvlaki was quite bland, but the sides added more flavor. The seafood pasta was fine, but the prawn heads were empty. For the third course, we had the Basque cheesecake and the sorbet trio, both of which were wonderful in terms of flavor and size. The ambience was nice, though the seating was a bit cozy for our taste; it felt as though we were eavesdropping on other people's conversation. Overall, we enjoyed the appetizer and dessert, and were unimpressed with the main course.“
