My family went to a concert at Soldier Field. We had time to kill so we went to get dinner at the Firehouse Restaurant. They were amazing. No reservation and brought our 6 year old. They had a designated dining room on the lower level for concert goers showcasing music from the concert and using the screen to feature the performer. They were so kind to my

Wow! All I can say is wow. Fabulous, Oysters, Ribeyes, fish, the tart cherries pie & the Vanilla/Brownbutter ice cream are also spectacular. Then there’s a 20-year tawny port to end the evening. Plus a nice pianist for your dining enjoyment.

The Chicago Firehouse Restaurant is a wonderful venue for events, featuring a scenic outdoor patio and attentive staff. The servers and bartender are praised for their helpfulness and excellence, contributing to a perfect experience. The restaurant also boasts a hidden jazz club in the basement and offers delicious food, including exceptional meat dishes and delightful, dangerously delicious bread rolls. The service is highly commendable, with managers and servers providing excellent attention to guests. Valet parking is an added convenience. Guests consistently praise the excellent food, the upscale ambiance of an old restored fire house, and the friendly, superb staff. The Lobster Bisque is the best lobster anything and a must-have, and the steak is cooked beautifully and of great quality. The restaurant also offers an excellent French onion soup and amazing carrot cake. The flavors in all dishes are praised as amazing, and many visitors find the ambiance spot on. A perfect spot for a special celebration, it is a highly recommended restaurant for its atmosphere, service, and cuisine.
