I loved this place! The Cinnamon Roll Waffles and the Ham and Cheese Omelette were absolutely amazing! The staff was great as well. I will definitely go back when I'm in town again.

E was our server on an extremely busy morning. First of all she has an amazing memory.. She remembered all of our orders without having to write it down. She greeted us with a smile and gave a very detailed description of the menu and made everything sound so delicious. I ordered the steak skillet with pancakes and loved it. I don’t normally write reviews but the level of service from E was outstanding!

Chicago Waffles South Loop is a hidden gem with fantastic food and amazing service. The paco tacos were an especially massive hit, and the Dubai Chocolate waffles are a must-try. Everything from omelets to waffles to French toast to potatoes is fresh and delicious, with portion sizes that look small but are not. The mimosa bucket allows for 2 juices, and the smoothie and cappuccino are delish as well. Servers like Sabina, Vinny, and Diamond make for a really great experience, offering recommendations for first-time visitors, knowledge of off-menu specials, and attentive care. Vinny is the absolute BEST, making guests feel like family for birthday breakfasts. Diamond is amazing, and the price is not bad for everything ordered in the city. A group of 7 had a huge variety of items with no issues. This place is a 20 out of 10, and a hidden gem that will not disappoint.
