Chicago Waffles Reviews
Nice little place, food came out fast, and it was great. My only complaint was that we waited over 30 minutes for a yogurt parfait we added to our meal. It was during a rush, so I can't really argue. Even our waitress was upset by it as she kept checking if it was brought out. I think she went and made it herself, lol . She was wonderful. Overall, it was a great place. The potatoes were pretty good too!
First of all - maple bacon sausage. GET IT.I got a half order of the liege waffle and it was decadent. I also got the half order of eggs, bacon, and potatoes. This was just the perfect combination. My husband got the waffle flight and said they were all super tasty. He ordered the Maple bacon sausages, and I stole one of the links because it was so good.Service was good, atmosphere was interesting. Will be returning if I'm back in the area for breakfast.

Chicago waffle - South Loop is a neighborhood staple. What they do well: waffles, skillets, and quick service. What could make it better: pricing structure Waffles should offer a meat protein. It's unfortunate that a waffle ($15) & turkey bacon ($6) is $21 vs my boyfriend's healthy skillet bowl at $18.49 (which came with potatoes, spinach, feta, eggs, 3 proteins, and pancakes).
