“Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe has got to hands down be the best food I have had in my 32 years of life. We just got home from a girls trip for my daughter's golden birthday in Chicago this past weekend and I'm ready to hit the road to go back. She ordered the kids Oreo s'mores pancakes of the kid menu. I got the 2 eggs meal which came with 2 eggs, hash browns, choice of meat (got sausage links) and either toast or pancakes. I chose toast. We then ordered her 2 dippy eggs, a side of biscuits and gravy, and got a side of bacon to share. The biscuits and gravy are hands down top tier the best recipe I have ever tasted (I ended up ordering 2 more sides to take home so I would have breakfast tomorrow 🤤). Even after stuffing ourselves with this delicious food none of our group felt miserable in any way. there was no belly discomfort whatsoever. We just felt full and nourished. I will be coming back as often as I can. The food is so hot, so fresh, so flavorful, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Everybody was so friendly , smiley, and just warm personalities. There is quite a wait on Sundays (not sure about other days) but I would wait 4 hours if they told me I had to. They do have an option where you can get on the waiting list online (we did not know that since this was out first time). Now let's talk about their preserves they make in house 🫠🫠 they make a triple berry compote with blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. It was literal heaven. They sell jars as you are leaving for $11. Guys you have to try this place. I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews but it's so good I can't not leave one. If you want the best brunch food you have ever had in your life I can promise you you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Until next time wildberry keep doing what you guys do!“

“I visited this place on yesterday randomly looking for breakfast spots. As soon as we entered, all of the employees greeted us with a smile, and a hello the atmosphere was extremely welcoming and made us extremely excited.. We let our waitress. Maria know that it was our first time she assured us that we would be satisfied. We were indeed satisfied I highly recommend this place. Please go check them out.“

“Women owned bistro ❤ everything about this place was cute, but especially the very courteous staff. The portions were more than generous for the price and a very large offering on the breakfast and lunch menu. There is some paid Street parking available. We were visiting from out of town and wanted something very filling and Hardy before a day of sightseeing. This place definitely hit the mark on everything we were looking for. “It’s a spacious restaurant for around here and they also have a bakery/cafe counter on the side. Their menu features extensive Ube baked goods and desserts so my daughter and I were very happy while son was refusing to try anything purple. We also ordered some Filipino dishes and they hit the spot. I find Filipino foods well liked by those who may not be heavily into Asian foods. The flavors are milder and certainly more fried or grilled choices etc. I plan to return to try more foods and drinks (they offered quite a few varieties which would be great for summer)“

We will be making this establishment a regular breakfast place during our Chicago visits! Food ordered was: Breakfast burrito Croissant Sandwich Buttermilk pancakes with a side of crispy bacon!“

“I ordered the spicy garlic chicken tenders and oh man were they delicious. The portion is large, definitely enough for 2. The tenders themselves are on the smaller side which makes for a perfect ratio of chicken to crisp to flavor. I also ordered curly fries which came out super hot and crispy. Those were delicious but the price was a little high.

The place is cute and comfortable, very clean. The service was great. The woman working the register and tables was super sweet.“

“I've come here quiet a few times and various hours and no matter how busy they have been they always provide exceptional service. The food is not overpriced but good down home breakfast food. Its a small thing but when you order something that's on the menu with a photo that is the exact dish you are getting. I highly recommend Waffles Pancake House if you are in the area“

“Exactly I wanted in a little corner diner. No pretense, just good food. It’s a good throw back to old time Corner Diners, without having to replicate it. It feels like coming home. Service is fast and our server was very nice. Eggs were perfectly cooked hashbrowns crispy, pancakes fluffy. My family enjoyed the Greek omlet and the verde chilequilles . Nice size portions. Sorry I only got one picture.“
