“There were so many people that there was a wait of about 40 minutes!I ate on the patio when the weather was nice, the atmosphere was quite nice and the servers were friendly.There are so many pancakes that it's hard to eat them all by yourself! Although there was a lot of food, it was delicious and warm, so I was able to eat a lot without getting tired of it.I ordered a pineapple drink and it was quite short!I am satisfied overall and would like to visit again next time “

“Pastores is a great family run brunch spot in Lincoln Square. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful, food is solid and comes quick! I normally get the chorizo skillet, which has eggs, chorizo, corn, well seasoned potatoes and chipotle mayo. It is a delicious and relatively inexpensive option in the area. During warmer months they have outside seating as well! A great place with great people.“
“Went for lunch today with a couple of family members. I had the Southwest Salad with grilled chicken and chipotle ranch dressing. It was fresh, attractive, and the chicken was actually grilled and hot. Super flavorful. My other family members split a turkey panini and same Southwest Salad. We all shared the fries. The sandwich was generous and grilled just right. It benefitted by smearing a bit of the chipotle dressing on the bites. The fries were meh. Service was super nice. Wonderful people. Cute, bright atmosphere. DEF be back.“
“All I have to say is YUM! Tried this place recently with a friend at night and it was amazing!! My friend got the bubble waffle with a scoop of sea salt caramel pretzel ice cream and said the bubble waffle was amazing! It was nice and warm and the ice cream was “high quality and delicious”! I got the Eiffel Minis with nutella and strawberries and O M G they were spectacular! So soft and fluffy and they did not skim on the nutella and strawberries! They were so warm and hit the spot perfectly! The staff were so nice and quick with our orders too! The establishment was clean and orderly and there we plenty of places to sit. Overall, this place is a 5/5! Definitely check it out when you’re in the area and whatever you get, you can’t go wrong!“

Only today came in and was sitting for 20 minutes was given our menu and then was told they are no longer taking orders lol it was upsetting having been waiting for 20 minutes & group of people that was there after us got their order taken… but I still love this place Lmao“
“Came in for breakfast and everything came out delicious. Our waitress Verica was very pleasant and made sure our waters and coffee were filled she also gave us a free sample waffle to try which was a nice gesture. We’ll be back soon! Ask for Verica!“
“The Churro Waffle with the salted caramel ice cream is hands down the best waffle I've had. The food, in general, is ALWAYS fresh and flavorful. High-quality ingredients are obviously in use here. The espresso is also coffee shop quality. Highly recommend.“

Tonight I ordered hotdogs and the order came wrong, they made a new order and delivered it in about 10 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this place. “I moved to Chicago in August of 2023 and kept walking past Willie’s and Waffles. I finally got food there today and I wish I hadn’t waited so long. Best chicken tenders I’ve had in a minute. All the food is cooked to order and the flavor combos are spot on.I’ll be back with friends for sure!“
