Went with my friends for brunch and everything was so good! Lychee mimosas were tasty and the food came out quickly
Great food, came out disorganized, one of the aps we ordered came out with the mains and rice came when we were nearly done. Also the table had crumbs all over. There were two servers, drinks took a while but were tastey got the Leche and espresso martini.
Great food and great service! I highly recommend Cebu.
