“We’re huge fans of The Bear, which steered us here on our Chicago trip - so glad we found this place! We loved the mushroom adobo and longnanisa breakfast sandwich! The mango tarts were amazing, as were our lattes. We left with an apple hand pie to eat the following morning, which was still had perfectly crispy pastry. Definitely worth the hour wait to get in.“

“Feld is a genuinely special experience. The attention from the chefs is warm and personal, and the intimate setting makes the entire evening feel thoughtful and intentional. We loved that the dishes evolve nightly. There is a real sense of creativity and spontaneity at work. And the food itself was wonderful, precise, expressive, and deeply satisfying. A lovely, memorable experience from start to finish.“

“Visiting from Boston where there are few options for Filipino food. Went with my partner for his birthday. We loved it! Had the Pancit with shrimp, Kansi soup, and Turon a la mode for his birthday cake. Was all delicious! And Christine, the host and owner, gave us great service. We highly recommend!“

“Really yummy and delicious Filipino food, with really flavorful and elevated yet authentic Filipino flavors. Was a big fan of everything we ordered, especially the lechon. I also was a big fan of their desserts, especially the cheesecake, and it was clear that they put as much attention into their desserts as their entrees.“

“Kawayan's La Paz Batchoy was so wonderfully delicious that we came back the next day to get another bowl of this umami bomb of soup. It's full of flavorful both, al dente noodles, and crisp chicharon and pork belly, topped with roasted garlic and chili flakes. Obsessed! The lumpia shanghai was crispy on the outside and tender ground pork on the inside. Kare, Kare was an elevated version of the traditional Filipino peanut butter beef stew recipe with roasted eggplant and house made bagoong. Chef Ray knows how to imbibe flavor into his wonderful Filipino fare. Server JT was attentive, informative, and efficient“
