“We’re huge fans of The Bear, which steered us here on our Chicago trip - so glad we found this place! We loved the mushroom adobo and longnanisa breakfast sandwich! The mango tarts were amazing, as were our lattes. We left with an apple hand pie to eat the following morning, which was still had perfectly crispy pastry. Definitely worth the hour wait to get in.“

“I was looking forward to dining at Feld as it struck me as a restaurant with a distinct point of view. However, it fell well short of the admittedly lofty expectations I had set for it. My favorite part of the experience was the staff- everyone was passionate, genuine, and welcoming. The food had some really good moments throughout. I really appreciated the attempt at showcasing the season’s bounty in all its forms, even if it meant an inordinate number of dishes starring tomatoes. And overall, the food was tasty. Where it fell short to me was in the quality of the ingredients and in how they were presented. If you’re going to feature a thick slice of an heirloom tomato at this price point, it better come close to being the best slice of tomato that I’m going to ever eat. Unfortunately, it didn’t come anywhere near. Same for the other fruit on offering- I’ve eaten better berries and melon bought from Whole Foods. That being said, the different preparations of corn were delightful. The plating was very hit or miss. And while I appreciated ending the meal by the backyard fire pit, I think the garden variety s’more offered was a missed opportunity to end with something more interesting. Overall, I liked Feld but didn’t love it. The price point is too steep for its current iteration. I think there is a lot of potential here but also a lot to sort through.“

“Great food, came out disorganized, one of the aps we ordered came out with the mains and rice came when we were nearly done. Also the table had crumbs all over. There were two servers, drinks took a while but were tastey got the Leche and espresso martini.“

“Visiting from Boston where there are few options for Filipino food. Went with my partner for his birthday. We loved it! Had the Pancit with shrimp, Kansi soup, and Turon a la mode for his birthday cake. Was all delicious! And Christine, the host and owner, gave us great service. We highly recommend!“

“Delicious! This was our first time trying Philippine food, and not only the food was great but the service was amazing. The waiter/owner shared about the food, gave recommendations, shared about his culture and even made connections with our Hispanic heritage. We will definitely be back soon!“
